A NEW BOY ARRIVES AT SCHOOL

the first day of the school year a new boy came at my school. When he came inside the class and while the teacher was telling us that he was a new student he seemed very timid. Looking the floor he told us his name and his age:"Hi I'm Nicola and I'm seventeen years old". He said also that he cames from Firenze and now he lives in Feltre because his parents found a better job here. After that I told him that he could take sit at the empy desk near the mine. Now after five months we are good friends and all my family know Nicola. (108)

This week a new boy has arrived in my class. His name is Paolo, he's sixteen and he moved from Brazil because his parents wanted to return where their country of origin.
He knows a bit of Italian because  he sometimes speaks it at home. He also speaks English very easly. He played football with a Brazil team, Cruzeiro, but he is very good also to play volleyball.
Now he lives in a village near mine, Feltre (Feltre is not a village), in the house with his family: his father, his mother, his brother and he.
I hope we will make friends soon.

He has chosen Italy because his parents was born in this country so he has always been interested in learning more about his origins.
I havent't had the possibility to know him well yet but he looks friendly and I'm sure we will make friends soon.
At the moment i can only say  that, obviously, John is very good in English, for this reason he usually  help all we in this subject end we help him in Italian!

this morning came to school a new boy. He is Frank. He comes from England and now he lives in Pez, where I live.

Frank has moved because his father found a new job in Belluno. Now he lives near my house a hope that we will become a friends. Frank played football in englan and now he wants play in my football team. Too short! How many words?

He comes from Torino and now he lives in Feltre because his parents wanted to move from the city to the mountain. His name is Luca and he's 17 years old. He lives not far from me. He is very friendly and I hope that we will became good friends He thinks that he will stay in Feltre just for two years because after the this school he wants to go to the university and then he would like to go abroad to work .

Last week came to my school a new boy. His name is Matthew Thomas. He comes from South Florida in the U.S.A., where he played football with "Bulls of  West Community High Shcool" in Boca Raton, he was a Tight End.
Matthew has moved to Italy because his father was wanted in the U.S.A. by F.B.I. (so?)
He has african origins but he is american. Matthew won many awards for ROOKIE of the year (do you think everybody understands? You need to explain)
Now he lives near my home and I hope to get to know him soon, because he' ll stay here just for a few weeks, and then he will go back to South Florida because where he will attend the a college.

When I returned school after ... (you need to complete), I saw a boy who I didn't know in my class. I asked my friends, and they said me that he called Santiago and he came from Colombia.
My first impression was very good, but I was a bit shy about talk to him because I thought he couldn't speak Italian.
Then, I took heart I took my courage and I went to have acquainted with him. I started speaking very slowly and clearly but he replied me with a perfect Italian and he made me feel ashamed!
All went right and now we're very friends.

I attend high school Giorgio Dal Piaz in Feltre and yesterday a new boy arrives at my school. He's foreign but he knows italian very well. So my friends and I  were able to interact with him and learn many things about his original country and about his family.
